This week´s podcast features Jan Fritz, Professor of Sociology at the University of Cincinatti and senior research scholar with the Center for Sociological Research at the University of Johannesburg.
She was in Iceland this fall as a Fulbright scholar where she focued on whether forced retirement represents age discrimination. Through her career, Jan has also highlighted clinical sociology which uses sociological theories and methods to assess situations and reduce problems through analysis and intervention.
